1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GLHF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

GLHF provides a platform for users to create and deploy token websites. The Service includes:

• Free website preview and building tools
• Paid website deployment services ($6 per deployment via Phantom wallet)
• Custom domain hosting for deployed websites
• Affiliate program for earning commissions

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Not use the Service for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Not create websites that violate intellectual property rights
• Not create websites containing malicious code, phishing content, or scams
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be solely responsible for the content you create and deploy

4. Payment and Refunds

Deployment fees are paid through Solana blockchain transactions via Phantom wallet. All payments are:

• Non-refundable once a website is successfully deployed
• Processed immediately and cannot be reversed
• Subject to blockchain transaction fees beyond our control
• Priced at 0.05 SOL (approximately $6 USD) per deployment

Pricing is subject to change. The price in SOL shown at time of deployment is the final price you will pay.

5. Affiliate Program

The GLHF affiliate program allows users to earn commissions on referrals. By participating:

• You earn 15% commission on direct referral deployments (Level 1)
• You earn 10% commission on second-level referrals (Level 2)
• Commissions are calculated based on deployment fees paid
• Payment thresholds and methods are determined by GLHF
• GLHF reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program
• Fraudulent referral activity may result in account termination

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create. By using the Service, you grant GLHF:

• Right to host and display your deployed websites
• Right to use anonymized data for service improvements
• Right to showcase example websites in marketing materials

GLHF retains all rights to the platform, code, and design of the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Permanent storage of non-deployed content
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Content Moderation

GLHF reserves the right to:

• Remove websites containing illegal content
• Suspend accounts engaging in fraudulent activity
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Take down websites that violate these terms

No refunds will be issued for removed content that violates these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• GLHF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for blockchain transaction failures
• We are not liable for losses from token projects you promote
• We do not endorse or verify token projects created using our Service
• You use the Service at your own risk

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLHF, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you create or deploy
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of any third-party rights

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GLHF:

• Does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice
• Does not endorse any tokens or projects created using the Service
• Is not responsible for cryptocurrency price volatility
• Does not guarantee website performance or uptime
• Is not liable for security breaches beyond our control

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email when available.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Deployed websites may be removed at our discretion
• No refunds will be issued
