By accessing or using GLHF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GLHF.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

GLHF provides a platform for creating and deploying token websites. The Service includes:

To access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

• •Ensure your use does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

You must not use the Service to:

• •Create websites containing malicious code, phishing content, or scam material
• •Engage in or promote illegal activities, fraud, or market manipulation
• •Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• •Impersonate other individuals, companies, or token projects
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• •Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• •Manipulate or abuse the affiliate or referral system
• •Create content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination

Deployment fees and subscription payments are processed through Solana blockchain transactions via compatible wallets. By making a payment, you acknowledge:

• •Non-refundable — All payments are final once a website is successfully deployed or a subscription is activated
• •Immediate processing — Blockchain transactions are processed immediately and cannot be reversed
• •Network fees — Blockchain transaction fees are separate from our service fees and are beyond our control
• •Price variability — SOL prices fluctuate; the price shown at deployment time is the final price

Refund Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• •Payment was confirmed but the deployment failed due to a Service error
• •Duplicate payments caused by a technical issue on our end

The GLHF affiliate program allows eligible users to earn commissions on referrals. By participating:

• •You earn 15% commission on direct referral deployments (Level 1)
• •You earn 10% commission on second-level referrals (Level 2)
• •Commissions are calculated based on deployment fees actually paid
• •Payment thresholds, methods, and schedules are determined by GLHF
• •You are responsible for applicable tax obligations on affiliate earnings

GLHF reserves the right to modify commission rates, suspend payouts, or terminate the affiliate program at any time with reasonable notice. Fraudulent referral activity will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of pending commissions.

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, functionality, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by GLHF and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8.2 Your Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create. By deploying content through the Service, you grant GLHF a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• •Host, display, and distribute your deployed websites as part of the Service
• •Use anonymized, aggregated data derived from usage for service improvements
• •Feature example websites in marketing materials (with your consent where required)

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or deploy through the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• •You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content
• •Your User Content does not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• •Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms
• •Your User Content does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information

Deployed websites are publicly accessible. You understand that any information you include becomes publicly available on the internet.

GLHF reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:

• •Review, monitor, or moderate any User Content
• •Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms
• •Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities
• •Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion
• •Report illegal content or activity to appropriate authorities

No refunds will be issued for content removed due to Terms violations.

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee:

• •Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service
• •That the Service will meet all your specific requirements
• •Permanent storage of non-deployed or free-tier content
• •Compatibility with all browsers, devices, or operating systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• •We do not endorse any tokens or projects created using the Service
• •We are not responsible for cryptocurrency price volatility or market conditions
• •We are not liable for third-party service outages or failures

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLHF, its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• •Content you create, upload, or deploy through the Service
• •Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• •Your violation of any third-party rights
• •Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.

15.4 Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims related to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent that litigation is permitted under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in the United States.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• •Deployed websites may be removed at our discretion
• •No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription periods or deployments
• •Pending affiliate commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to Terms violation

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, Governing Law) shall survive.

18.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and GLHF regarding the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

18.3 Waiver

The failure of GLHF to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. GLHF may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

18.5 Force Majeure

GLHF shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, blockchain network outages, or other force majeure events.

18.6 Third-Party Links

The Service and deployed websites may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party site you visit.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:
